How fast do I get paid?

Brokers are paid out at closing by the title company. All broker fees will be added on the HUD statement for all DSCR, Fix & Flip and Ground Up Construction loans. 

 

Do I need to be licensed?

Most states that ESF lend in a broker License is not required. License is required in CA.

 

What states do you lend in?

Ei8ht Street Funding lends in most U.S. states except the following:🚫 Nevada, Vermont, North Dakota, South, Dakota, Arizona, Minnesota (We also do not lend in rural markets)
