  • Mortgages over 1M subject to review prior to pre-approval

  • Credit Minimums:

    • DSCR rental: 660+​

    • Fix and Flip: 650+

    • Ground up: 660+

    • Non DSCR rental: 500+

  • Rural locations must be reviewed prior to pre-approval

  • Prepayment Penalties for 1-4 Family properties are prohibited in Alaska. (This may affect pricing)
